Energizer Instructions

Voting Cards: PDF

Add some humor in a brainstorming session by giving participants these voting cards and letting them vote on ideas, proposals, options, etc.

Using card stock, print out one sheet for each participant. Each participant should have four voting cards, one of each kind. (We recommend printing once and then photocopying onto card stock if you have a large number of participants)

When you have an issue to vote on, ask them to wave their choice in the air. It only takes a couple of times asking them wave their choice in the air to get people laughing and relieve some of the tension.

Anti-Stress:  PDF

This is self-explanatory: Enjoy!

Find Someone With...
PDF

This activity is a great way to build relationships. As participants find people who fit each category, they find out the human things about each other. It is always amazing to see who likes snakes!

The Benefits of Organization: PDF

Print out two of these pages for each participant. Give them the first sheet and ask them to find and circle, starting with the number one, as many consecutive numbers as they can in 12 seconds.

Using timer, have them poise their pencils and give them "Ready, Set, GO!"

After 12 seconds, stop them and ask them to count how many numbers they found. Most will have found 7-8.

Have them take the second sheet and fold it in 1/2 and then in 1/2 again so the page has been divided into quarters.

Tell them that #1 is in quadrant 1; #2 is in quadrant 2, #3 is in quadrant 3 and #4 is in quadrant 5. Following this pattern, #5 will be in quadrant 1, #6 will be in quadrant 2; #7 in quadrant 3, etc. and etc.

Now give them 12 seconds to find and circle as many consecutive numbers as they can starting with #1.

Typically they will find double the number they found before.

Make the application that when you have the right information or if you are organized, you will achieve more.
