Suzie’s personal and business mission statement is: “I add

Suzie’s life experience includes positions in Human Resources,
Training, Operations and Performance Consulting roles at NCR Corporation,
State Farm Insurance, Oracle Corporation and Right Management Consultants.
She’s been involved in several entrepreneurial and non-profit adventures,
and served as a
Career Counselor/Manager for Rutledge College & American Intercontinental
University.
As a Consultant Suzie helps client’s develop and manage organizational
performance and change. She’s worked with Earthlink, Siemens, Sprint,
W.R. Grace, KMC Telecom, Kilpatrick Stockton, Fingerhut, ADP,
Black and Decker, MeadWestvaco and more.
Suzie is an active Board Member for the Atlanta Women’s Network
and The Cottage School. Suzie is an active committee chairperson for
the American Society of Training and Development, and the Organizational
Development Special Interest Group.
She graduated from the University of South Carolina with a degree in
Journalism.
Susan
Hawkins
Susan is an outstanding coach and leader of PeopleSkills programs. She
specializes in program development, time management, leadership training
and cultural change processes. Her background includes a degree in education
and advanced studies in business, as well as having worked in manufacturing
and education. She brings an extensive background in project design and
effective communication with companies committed to extraordinary results
and cultures of growth.
Susan's career includes working as an administrator and operations coordinator
for Hussman Corporation. Additionally, she coached basketball, volleyball
and softball as well as taught core courses for Norcross High School in
Georgia before becoming a full-time trainer with PeopleSkills International.
Hawkins graduated cum laude from Duke University, where she played point
guard for the Duke Womens Basketball team.
She resides in Hershey, Pennsylvania.
Russell
R. Scadden
Russ has analyzed the organizational use of information technology to
identify technological opportunities to support organizational objectives
and analyzed corporate requirements needed to support long range business
objectives. He regularly assesses the capability of the technological
environment to support these requirements and conducts research projects
to identify and evaluate emerging technologies, developing plans and strategies
to introduce the new technology which will provide a competitive advantage
in the marketplace.
Russ holds a bachelors in Computer Science from the University of Texas
at Austin. He has worked as a Senior IT Architect for IBM, where he was
the design administrator for the IBM Special Events team which included
the Masters 2001, the Ryder Cup 2002, the Olympics, and the Grammys. He
has delivered consulting services and instruction for Fortune 500 companies,
including American Express, Kodak, and Lowes.
He touts several professional certificates and has held many project
leader and team supervisor positions. He brings solid, in-depth computer
hardware and software skills to the Time For Results training team.
Russ lives in Lawrenceville, Georgia.
Steve
Brandau
Steve effectively brings to life the issues of leadership, accountability,
and teamwork.
His expertise includes assisting executives, senior managers, and middle
managers in delivering the PeopleSkills consulting and training services
to achieve unprecedented organizational results. Steve is an excellent
facilitator and presenter with a proven ability to help groups move to
the next level of performance. His consultative approach is a valued attribute
to clients looking to achieve significant progress in challenging circumstances
and settings.
Prior to joining PeopleSkills International, Steve was a sales executive
with Automatic Data Processing [ADP] and Lockheed Martin [LMT].
He has designed and implemented major change initiatives for numerous
clients including Olin Chemical, Georgia-Pacific, National Institute for
Occupational Safety and Health [CDC] and Pitney Bowes. His ability to
work with leaders at all levels of the organization and understand their
needs has enabled him to play a critical role in helping clients achieve
significant results.
Steve graduated from Brigham Young University with BA in Economics and
resides in Atlanta, Georgia.
